Sibatu Properties (Pty) Ltd. (2021/562489/07) is a 100% black owned company which seeks to provide adequate accommodation to the people of South Africa. The company has been established as a response to the growing need for affordable adequate housing across South Africa, especially in previous disadvantaged communities due to the historical spatial planning practices informed by racial segregation.

The primary objective of Sibatu Properties is to provide affordable housing in close proximity to job opportunities, public transport as well as social amenities in support of the 2030 National Development Plan Agenda in dismantling the past spatial planning legacy/footprint which is characterized by poor access to urban amenities.
